• The Detroit diesels start right away with very limited initial smoke -- props and shafts look good
• Boat is currently on land and was just  Bottom Painted, New Zincs, Hull Compound & wax (Completed June 10, 2021)
• 5 Zone air conditioning  with controls throughout boat --All work
• Windlass works from Flybridge   (Reported 300' Feet of Chain & Large Danforth)
• Apartment size stacked Washer/Dryer --
• Enclosed flybridge - large seating sun deck cushioned area aft flybridge 

Galley: 

• Full size Refrigerator
• Electric Countertop Stove
• Microwave Oven
• Toaster Oven
• Double Sinks (H&C water)
• Lots of storage 

• The generator has a coolant leak
• The Port engine hour meter (& alternator light) stays on when the DC main is engaged - Hours click up at the dock so the meter is not accurate.  Likely Simple Wiring issue.
• Overall the electronics are functional but dated - Speed & Radar don't work - Does not have a chartplotter.   Just used a tablet with charting program.
• The boat is 36 Years old and not in "perfect" shape,
