Surveyor Comments on Issues Found April 2022

The following (8) items are disclosed, are expected to have been considered in any offer and are not a reason to fail to complete the purchase with an accepted offer.

    1) The boat has been lift kept since 2007 but was bottom painted before   The bottom paint is flaking and would need to be stripped of kept in the water.

    2) The boat has been lift kept since 2007 and it appears that all the thru hull fittings are weeping when in the water   It is believed that the bedding caulk has dried out over the years

    3) The engine is in great shape and runs out fine   The owner has flushed out the engine after use and all the numbers look great   The boat has less than 300 hours but is 15 years old   It should be expected that engine should be evaluation & service should be done based solely on the age of the engine, but not the engine hours

    4) There was some noted evidence of rubrail/deck hardware water intrusion forward

    5) Radar is not operational - old original unit

    6) Small crack noted in aft bilge stringer - monitor

    7) Forward bilge electric pump is not operating correctly

    8) The USCG safety gear is not complete (horn not working, masthead light not working - corrosion?, fire extinguishers are not current “inspected”)
